There is an apparent requirement to log on to an entity called shop, not sure why but one impression is that if you do you will get easier access to the status of your orders. However, every time I try this it appears to want permission to read ALL of my emails.
Not sure why it would do that, but it sure does not appeal to me so I do not proceed.
Turners may benefit from a much simpler communication about status. I am used to the eBay system.
Not sure if this is difficult or not, but I feel substantially left in the dark about my order status and have had to spend a lot of time
getting some sort of status. My first order took nearly two weeks to ship and I finally got it just short of four weeks.
I am not really used to this, especially since I think the order site said it was in Stock.
Anyway I have got the first order now, and I am apparently getting a second order as compensation for the long delivery which is
very welcome, but it is also not clear, where it is in the process yet and there is no evidence of it being shipped yet.
Also, there is no one online on the chat system, which is probably to be expected with a smallish operation where every one has many roles.
Anyway, be interesting to see if the product works. We do have friends who used to use it and they can hardly remember this now
so the problem has apparently gone away and is no longer a concern. This would be a great outcome so fingers crossed.
