  1. 50 g Ground Almonds
  2. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  3. 130 g Soft Butter
  4. 1 pinch of TURNER Flaky Sea Salt
  5. 1 pinch of Cinnamon
  6. 1 Egg
  7. 200 g Rolled Oats
  8. 100 g TURNER Manuka Honey UAF1000+
  9. 30 g Pumpkin Seeds
  10. 50 g Dried Cranberries


Healthy Manuka Honey and Oat Cookies Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (convection oven: 320 degrees). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix almonds with baking powder in a bowl. Add butter, salt, cinnamon, and egg and beat for 1 minute until fluffy. Stir in oats, Manuka honey, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries. Using a teaspoon, place mounds on the parchment paper and optionally flatten. Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Store in an airtight tin.
